in-charge.

hello.

too many happenings these past few days. the best of the best part is of course today, 8th sept 2008. the ward went haywire like as if the world is ending. the ppl who always go for break and will die if they didnt eat also fast-ed together like us the muslims. non-muslims also fast-ed today. haha. its all because zu was team 1 ic, me in psy and nathy was team 2 ic. hahaha. great right. hahaha. and if we walk past someone who's standing, that person can be blown away by our speed. haha. i knw its exaggerating but we were literally rushing today. goodness. too many changes, very, very difficult patients, too many discharges. uurrrgh! no comments.

and there's 2 very, very funny incident happened last week.

-incident 1-
a clever nc who gave a nbm pt food.

-incident 2-
a very clever nc who's assessing a new staff her ivm. the nc was asking the staff all the qns in the world. and the very best part, she had to refer to the guidelines to tell the staff the ans. and she don't even knw the dose of the abx. and she dunno the diff btw abx and not abx. and she was blaming the dr for writing rocephin instead of cefriaxone. and she feels that doctor should write piperacillin 400mg + tazobactam 50mg instead of piptazo. i really feel like taking the needle and poke her brain.

and i feel shitty today. a pt for op and there's no blood for supply. called up the ot staff and she noted saying its okay. then my ex-preceptor called up saying why i didnt ask for the staff name cos apparenly there's some prob at the ot. damn it.

okay thats all for now. bye.
