selamat berpuasa.
hello.
my sd today. was so damn sleepy. didnt get enough rest for the past 2 days. poor rose, i think i gave her a heartattack just now. haha. and working with mssa is damn tiring. what more can i say. hah.
seriously, i dunno when everything will come to an end. we cant stop people from talking and gossipping. damn it. but i believe, god is very fair. :)
and selamat berpuasa to all muslims, except me. its my first time in 9 years. poor me.

my story.
hello.
a brief summary of what happen yest.
- leave house at 0615 since the uncle is sending. wore scrubs already. went down and something happen to his tyre. rush outside to take cab. $8 gone. heartpain. haha
- took case. serve meds and insulin. while waiting for dr's rounds, did turning and ng-feeding.
- still waiting for dr's rounds, went in iso room to shower pt. halfway showering, yelin came in to tell that my old man's bp drop. went out. its 80/40. informed team. stat NS 250 mls ordered. goodness. how pathetic can they be. just order 1 pine cannot is it. tsk tsk.
- kak su told me to use the maintenance drip but i told her its premix until i came back with NS to realise that it is NS and not premix. hahahah. put on hourly para.
- 13* is so bloody hell irritating. "nurse ah, when you want to send me to shower??" he was pressing the callbell just to ask that. idiot! he's so irritating that i raised my voice till psy reg heard and told me to relax. haha.
- then realised that my old man who's bp drop has been npu for more than 14 hours, since the last time i changed his diapers, which is the night before. informed team, they just want us to observe.
- then dulcolax was ordered. and there's no more dulcolax. was too busy to borrow frm other ward until i realised at 1pm. told the ho, he changed the time to 3 pm. hahah.
- after i came back from break, heard that someone whom we just catheterise the day before collapse. it was so freaking shocking. she was so cute and chatty. what a shock man. they couldnt save her. :(
- abt 4 hours later, my old man's bp is still low. ho wants another fluid challenge for him. and ard 1330, his bp is better, and miracle-ly, he pass urine. all of us were so damn happy. hahaha.
- after work, me, nathy and kak su went to woodlands. poor kak su nbm. so we took the train.
- in the train, thaks to nathy's eyes, we saw our NM, esther. haha.
- reached woodlands, ate at banquet. then walk around. and home we went.

hello.
no more audit. tmr will be the last day doing junior. monday will start taking cases. and i must strangle shirley. i was looking forward to work with her and she happily change from ic to nic.(since preceptor will be working for 3 pathetic hours only. hahaha) tsk tsk.. and so the great b1 will be my partner. damn. will be on night next week. to make things worst, will be with b1 again. double damn.
backstabbers is everywhere. i need to get out of that place. i need air to breathe. :(

audit.
hello.
supposedly its my ph today but sister called asking me to come for am shift. so will get my do and ph tmr and thur. wee!
its audit week. and auditors came to our ward yest, on the first day of audit. expected i guess. since we're one of the special ward. haha.
just imagine if we don't pee for 10 hours, confirm we'll feel so damn irritated, restless, our bladder feels like its gonna burst etc etc. thats what happen to one of my woman. she's such a nice lady but she became restless since yest. when we changed her today, her stomach was so damn distended. and she's on catheter but there's urine leaking. so we change the catheter. and guess what??? more than 1.2l of urine came out. wth. so poor thing right? no wonder she's so restless. and she slept the whole day today. must be she felt so relief after more than 24hours she didnt pee. :/
and i got a cvm overflow today! yippee! but too bad, didnt see my man at all. must be he's too busy today. and nat msg-ed me that he came ard 3 plus, and sat beside kak su somemore. tsk tsk. not fated to meet him lah. hahahh. just like how LL last time will ask us to write notes so he can admire me. hahaha. i knw ppl might feel like puking right. hohoho

tired.
hello.
its been a super tiring week. hopefully next week will be a better one..
and few days ago, had a sumptous dinner at seoul garden, thks to a treat from someone. :)
i think its so not fair. nc was so angry with pink freak few days ago till she leave a love letter in the roster. but we didnt see the letter already today. and when pink freak came to work today, i didnt see nc talk to her or what. irritating. my 4 mths as RN, the nm has talk to me privately twice seh. the world is so unfair. damn it.
and had a mini conflict with the mother today. damn. must talk to her tmr. hahaha.

post night.
hello.
today's my sleeping day. my night shift was fun, although it was quite tiring on my first 2 nights. and i simply love the teamwork between us in the female side. with kak nani, vicky and yelin(my last night partner). we were quite busy with our junior work cos there's too many bedbound pts. too busy till we ended sponging on our 2nd night close to 530. kak nani actually helped us to feed the ng tube pts while she served meds. :) then while vicky take para for female side, i will take for mdm D ho's side. and working with that mummy is seriously cannot make it lah. you just cant do your work cos you will laugh and laugh and laugh non-stop. hahah. and soo many things, both usual and unusual things happened during the 3 nights. well, i take that as a challenge. :)
and for all the 3 days, most of us actually went home together. haha. and as usual, we just cant stop laughing on the way home. haha.
went jb aft work today. and im still wide awake. not bad huh. haha. i think after the 4pm prayers, confirm the bed will be calling me. so i shall end this entry with some pics..

maggot slayer.
hello.
work has been fine. cos we'll be doing junior until jci. yay! haha. partnered with cikgu since yest. can die okay! hahah. lucky senior (literally) saw me struggling doing turning in the morn today, so she came and help. phew!
then did maggot dressing. im usually okay with the dressing cos i knw that those little parasites is IN the inner dressing. nd staff told us that 7 of them parasites managed to escape. eeuuw right. luckily when its my turn, i didnt screen the curtain. the moment i opened up the OUTER dressing, i saw those little parasites lah! a lot!!!! i shouted and lin came to my rescue. gosh! i feel so ticklish all over my body. and 1 managed to escape but i killed it, although wound nurse told us to keep it in the specimen container. even if i die and become alive again, no way im going to take those parasite and put it in the container okay. haha. and i've no appetite to eat during break okay. haha. and i dare call myself maggot slayer in sec sch last time. hahaha.
after work, did my checklist with the old preceptor.we were quite engrossed until juli called up saying that they already picked phk up. and i thought i still hv time. so we contd until juli called again saying they have reached. die! so i quickly changed and went down. haha. and someone drove axio today. haha.
went arab st to a new place. shisha there was superb lah! haha. food was nice too. then he drove us to red light district. cool! a lot of nat's ppl. then to queenstown. and finally home. haha. and im on night shift tmr.
