hello.

yest's night shift was super hot!! i think is the first super hot night shift i've ever had. i never felt so smelly in my life before. haha! thank god i brought the whole set for shower. haha. the funny part was when im already prepared to shower, i realised i forgot to switch on the water heater. called kak su for help. haha.

after work went breakfast with kak diana at mac. then took cab and meet my mom and cousin at mustafa centre. i was still fresh until there's once that i feel like fainting. so i told my mom to cont shopping with my cousin while i sat at the staircase and take a short nap. i was super sleepy. then aft the short nap i suddenly felt awake. aft shopping had lunch near mustafa. then walked to temp tekka market (in the rain). and suddenly i felt super sleepy that i feel like i'll faint again, for the 2nd time. while my mom busy choosing blouses at one shop, i sat at the corner and took another short nap. then my mom wants to shop for meat and chicken. so i told her to go alone while i sleep at the coffeeshop. haha!

okay im deprived of shisha.

zoo escapade.

hello.

i became the pro game master today. all of us finally decided to go to the zoo tmr. haha. other options include pulau ubin, wild2 wet, escape and shopping for dnd. haha. meeting at 9 am. dunno everyone can wake up not. haha.

and im so in love with new kids on the block songs! haha. (and they're so hot) haha

active

hello.

first time being deployed to the neighbouring ward on monday. thats because im the only sn doing jr that day. haha. and the neighbouring ward only has 3 sn. became the floater sn. did iv's and hc. was okay. its not as bad as i had expected. haha.

then came back to ward about 945. i thought i could rest for 15 mins while waiting for 10 pm, then i saw the e-trolley was not there. then i went to see the pt, there's an active resus! 1 reg, 1 mo, 3 sn. gosh! but the mo was doing bagging okay. *rolls eyes* i still cant digest what i've seen. i dunno where's all d other nurses. *slaps forehead*

by the time i came, it was close to asystole already. so all of us like mad, did cpr, with the dr giving drugs etc, and finally there's heartbeat. phew! and as usual, i always became the mad runner. haha. and the guy survived. the reg was super nice when he thanked all of us for helping. and he is so cannot make it, cos he's the id reg. so infection control is his first priority. haha! i guess its a good learning experience cos its not like everyday u will get an active case.

its my off today. :)

house in aust.

hello.

worked 1 day yest. then today is my rest day. work yest was super km. felt so super tired. but today is a happy day cos its my off. :)

watched nigella lawson's forever summer on youtube in the aft. her house is so nice. suddnly i feel like buying a house in aust. haha. then met nat at amk in the evening. thks for the bodyshop card! :)

prof o is a super funny man. he claims that all these while he's speaking tagalog. and when asked whether he can speak malay, he said he knws a bit. such as "awak kayu", "awak bodoh", "saya cantik". and when i told him to say "awak cantik" to me, he said that 2 words is very difficult for him to say. haha.

i got a new ambition. to become a geisha. zur is the head geisha. butterworth is miss pai2. nat is nathiyap. (and kak su has no comments) :)

anyway here are some (super) overdue pics. :)

ppl like us cannot ate in these place. we spent so much money, but we didnt had any main course. we took only finger foods. haha. but we spend like 3 hours ++ there. and zur and me had milo and coffee so we dont feel bad. hhaha.

my night shift.

hello.

this is a random entry about my night shift. both nights were shitty. but im really thankful for the great colleagues that i worked with. MUMMY, judy, qin, maricar, lj and kak nani. :)

first night was super km like shit. initially 5 empty beds. pm shift admitted 1 1/2. 1/2 cos pt came close to 10, so i gotta do the follow ups. haha. so left with 4 empty beds. what makes it worst,
- 2 pts heaven is waiting for them.
- 2 on dopamine. (and must top up like every 2 hours.)
- abx at 12, 2, 4 am.
- 9 r/t
- out of 19 pts, 15 on morn h/c.
1 of the super dil pt is in iso room. (multi mrsa)

the on-call also cannot make it. he got lots of cases to clerk. then admit 2 cases. 1 is rotten (dependent + r/t). the other is half rotten (assisted but mets ca). it was super heavy. me and mummy was on the go. we only went to toilet when our bladder really cannot take it. hahah.

halfway doing my hc, receved another call frm bmu. another pt coming. pt came abt 630. on call also km already. he clerked the case while i finished up my r/t meds n hc. by 7, i still havent done any changes. passed report first, then only did the changes. haha. and one irritating dr came just to ask me what am i doing in ttsh cos i shd be in a brothel. haha. irritating!

for 2nd night, initially thought it was okay. 3 empty beds. at least mummy got time to watch her korea. haha. abx, hc and r/t still no diff. but this time only 1 dopamine. haha.

it was an okay night, but the on call is the one that kills me. called her, and she will only come 1 or 2 hours later. 11 plus, a hypo k pt came. then 2 plus a thrombocytopenia old man came. both was okay cases. not much prob. then another pt turned hypo (both bp and hc). glucose and fast drip given. then okay.

abt 3 plus, did sponging with judy. halfway sponging, copd guy came. vre +ve. on call only came close to 6. at the most busy time, (r/t meds and hc) she clerking the new case. halfway doing the changes, reg came to r. hypo k guy needs urgent telemetry bed. its alredy 6 plus. running ard the ward like mad. and the irritating woman still haven do the bld test that the other dr order.

to cut a super long story short, i only left the ward close to 10am.

i wana do freq night lah. so i dont need to see the faces of the bitches.
