hello.

its already 12+. my eyes cant take it already and my legs aching. been standing up for more than 8 hours. but i just feel like blogging bout what happened today as remembrance. haha.

gave own iv till 4 plus.
new admission came just for comfort care. we predicted that she'll be gone by night. i got the shock of my life cos i saw her breathing and kiasu nic was happily pushing in the e-trolley. hahah.
the great NC confidently feels that she's not going today or tmr cos she's very pink and her heartbeat is strong. whatever!
told the on-call wrong info bout my pt who's bp drop and that woman is on dopamine.
on-call is quite pissed for the fact that she's stuck in angio frm 3 pm cos of dil pt and to make things worst, i gave the wrong info. hahaha.
luckily on-call knw me and she just laugh when i told her that its my 1st day after my leave. so she increase the dopamine and her bp started to increase. :)
just only wanted to eat my maggie till christina told me that a parasite die2 wants me to gv her mum's med at 730pm SHARP.
serve meds till 8 plus. then started giving iv till close to 9.
a pt needs 2 iv at 8pm. wanted to gv bout 7 pm but ssn say its too early. then when its 9, i only manage to gv 1. i got no choice but to pass it to night shift but she's also quite unhappy. but i really got no choice. then aft i change ard 10 plus, went out and ask her if she wants me to prepare and gv but she say its okay. at least i tried..
bfore i left the ward, top-up dopamine. and double-check my comfort care woman's casenotes. she's a coroner case. and suddenly, all i can think of is the court. hahaha
continue eating my cold maggie at 10pm. haha.

what a hectic day.. but i learn frm experience. at least tmr i knw how to organise my time.. and i seriously hate it. just waiting for the right time.... :)
