jakarta!!

hello!

this is an extremely impt update. its re: my last min trip to jakarta!!!! around mid november, lifehouse (yes, LIFEHOUSE!!) updated their facebook status that they're coming to jakarta for a concert. immediately msg phk and she thought my source is unreliable. so check out yahoo e next day and they really is coming to jakarta for concert. its a saturday so pinky could make it since she's off every wkends. we ask for reza's help and he said just need to confirm that we're coming and he can get the concert tix for us.

to cut a long story short, i could not get off on e wkend of e concert. but i can if ppl is willing to change with me. so 2 kind friends agreed to change their off with me. but bcos i need the wkend off, i need to work for 11 days straight(but i took mc on my 9th day cos im too tired). left with one wk and pinky realise that her passport expired. haha. damn it. and finally pinky got her passport on wed, 1/12/10. we booked flight tix for fri night flight that very night. each person gotta pay abt 250. expensive but we dont care. haha. we confidently go with concert tix still not confirmed yet. haha.

so finally fri is here. went home straight frm work. pinky's dad send her luggage to my house so she will meet me straight from work. at home, my comp cocked up and i cant print e itinery of e flight. haha. finally get e ref num. get ready and pinky came ard 7. at e airport, reza msg saying e concert tix not confirmed. we were so disappinted. haha. he said that we gotta go to e place e next day to get e tix.

so took e flight and reach jakarta. reza and his mum came to fetch us. slept early cos we knw we gonna have a long day.

woke up, showered, had home-cooked breakfast and get ready to go kuningan, e concert place to get e tix. we were bloody disappointed when e stupid front desk woman told us there's no more tix. auntie called up e hotline number and they still have a lot of tix. yayness!!!! so we got our tix. started taking pictures cos now we knw we got tix in our hands. :):):):) had ah-way for lunch, jalan2 here and there and reach home abt 5 plus. waited for reza to come back frm work cos we'll be going together. :):):)

waited more than 5 hrs to watch lifehouse. all e rest was some band that we're not familiar at all. haha. then LIFEHOUSE came. feel like im in a trance. singing, dancing, everything. haha!! it was damn exciting. like lifehouse is in front of my naked eyes!! omg. hahaha. e most awesome-mest concert to sum up my 2010. however highlight of e day was reza ordering mac at 4am, and he ketiduran upstairs, leaving e doors open with me and phk sleeping in e hall. madness!!

next day went tu puncak. reza took mc. e macetness was crazy. then before we headed to e airport, we went to another family's house. awesome family. very nice people. then its time to say gdbye. its a damn sad moment.

at e airport, we didnt knw we have to pay tax. and we were short of money. haha. lucky we could pay in both rupiah and singapore dollars. haha.

then home sweet home. and i slept for close to 3 hrs cos gotta wake up to go to work. haha.

langkawi trip

hi.

went to langkawi last wednesday, 21.07.10 till today, friday 23.07.10. me and phk planned this outing since dunno when. hehe. our virgin trip together and my virgin experience taking flight. yippee! it was scary but fun at e same time. both flights i got window seat. :) and langkawi is simply superb. nice place with very, very nice people. i've never seen any country where everyone is so nice.

first day
flight was delay from 1055 to 1135. walked ard terminal 1 and surveyed e internet to see whats in langkawi. oh, and we actually didnt have any concrete plan on what to do there at all. e only confirmed thing is e hotel (which was actually not confirmed at all. we're considered walk-in guests. haha). reached hotel quite early about 2pm. checked in is only 3pm. so we walked around the hotel area. then its time to check in. we wasted time till close to 4 and we got our pakcik taxi to bring us ard. went to makam mahsuri and dataran helang. lucky our pakcik's daughter works at cable car cos his daughte told him that its close. so he send till e dataran helang and we're on our own. haha.

from there we walked to e shopping centre but thr's no cineplex. we took cab to another shopping ctr. and seems like our prayers is answered, there's inception. we wanted to watch inception but the guy refuse to sell to us cos we're e only 2 person watching. maximum number shd be 4 and above. hahahahah. first time man. so we walked around till 7 plus and we leave. and 8pm there is like 630pm here. so bright. haha.

at night, we rested for a while, walked ard e shops near e hotel abt 10. bought food and drinks. and had our dinner in e hotel. took piriton as i couldnt sleep. hehe.

will write bout 2nd day tmr. hehe. gdnight for now. :)

hello.

omg. last entry was last yr, 20.10.09!!!! OMG. haha. its like i have forgotten how to start blogging. anyway, let me just sum up on what have been happening frm last yr till today.

okay, i've got an iphone. me owning an iphone. i still cant believe i am an iphone owner. my frens cant believe im an iphone owner too. haha. but damn it, forgotten when i bought it. either this year or early last yr. haha. bought it for $500++. my first (super) expensive item that ive bought. a kenangan bonus lah katakan. hehe.

talking about trips, we went genting last yr. but couldnt recall which month. last yr went with suriah and zu. this year was more fun. went with suriah, zu, jana, nat and intan. it was crazy. haha. of cos there's some problems and misunderstanding, but it was super fun. like they say, e more e merrier. hehe. but genting was super extremely fun. where else can u feel so safe to walk just to buy coffee at 2am. and its only me and intan. haha. and we did walked down just to ambil angin for fun and laughter at midnight. it was crazy but we had lots of fun. :)

now talking about work. im no longer in e ward that ive been in for e past 2 years. ive moved to e neighbouring wd. honestly, im not having much fun like how i used to, but life goes on. people, envt, managers, workload, etc etc, everything is very different. but well, life goes on.

now talking about study. im taking my part time degree. 1st yr gonna end soon. this july starts my 3rd sem. scary but happy at e same time. :)

phk and juli. seldom meet phk, but we still do meet once in a while. rarely meet juli though. going on a trip with phk this july. we're going to bring-an-empty-luggage-trip-to-langkawi. hehe. then early august shd be going to pulau paya with colleagues. :)

my family is e same. apart frm e baby that my mom's babysitting, everything is still e same. i <3 my family. :)

hello.

met up with phk last monday. watched my sister's keeper. cried a lot. haha! 2 thumbs up for the show. but quite sad though, they changed the ending. i was expecting to see the original ending. hehe. but i guess its our bimbo day that day. we met up in the evening, watched the 7pm show. then walked (yes, walked!) all the way from plaza singapura to arab st. and it took us more than 1 hour. omg! my legs felt like jelly. and i cant believe that i've been awake for more than 12 hours and been standing for more than 10 hours. haha. reached arab st. destress for a while, then home we went.

wanted to take the bus that goes to boon keng mrt stn. but i dunno why, kept telling phk that we're suppose to go to potong pasir mrt stn. and i guess i sound convincing enough cos i told phk bout her gurdwara and the kwong wai shu hosp all. haha. and btw, it was 12 plus already. haha. while waiting for bus, i was quite hungry. phk gave a mad idea bout going for supper at mac. but i told her i got no time cos i rushing for the last bus. haha. then the bus came. and the route that the bus went is so diff and i cant see any kwing wai shu hosp. and i realised that i had suggested the wrong bus! haha!! then we alight at potong pasir mrt. i guess it was close to 1230 already. then we saw mcdonald's sign. haha. and we saw atm. haha.

so we draw money then headed to mac. talk cock and eat till 1 plus. haha. then took cab and home we went. phew! a day well spent. :) but too bad juli's not around :(

my night shift was disastrous. 1st night was totally fucked up. haha. delirium++ pt, another pt on his way to heaven, 2 new admissions, iv abx round the clock, one of the new admission throw fits twice, etc etc. so damn tired man. 2nd night was much better. :)

just came back frm jb aft my night shift. so tiring.

i think last i blog was last year. haha. well just a little bit of updates before this blog of mine collapse. hehe.

singapore just turned 44 few days back. but im not looking forward to it cos im working. and to make it worst, im pm shift. jkjkjk. so sad. im always a fan of national day parade. even if i cant watch it live, i'll still watch it on tv. but i cant watch at all. :( but look on the brighter side, i saw it live for about 10 secs. with nat. :)

been busy babysitting baby. a very cute baby. :)

and i've started school. tiring. gotta endure for 2 years. =/

i miss my friends. :(

too many things to update. haha. finally got my night shift last week after soooo long. and the ward has 3 sudden death in a row. its a very km moment for all of us. and i overnight at the ward once cos im too lazy to go back. hehe. and of course. jana k is married to our primary sch friend, rasul. :)

currently the swine flu is killing all of us. must wear surgical mask in the ward. so boring. i got too many things to say but now that im in front of the comp im brain dead. haha. here are some pics.

dr feels stupid.

hello.

requested for off today. went to company my uncle to cgh for appt. it was funny like hell. haha. the uro dr seeing him was a reg. i just sat and keep quiet and only answer when he asked qn. and i dont like to tell ppl that im a nurse cos i rather keep it a secret. haha. so the poor dr was trying to explain to me things in layman's terms. he even use the model to show me what he's trying to say. and the dr was a bit on the eksyen side when im making decision for my uncle. he even asked me how old am i and when he sees that i was quite frustrated with his qn, he started being nice by saying that im too young to make decision. haha.

i used the word "sto" and he stared at me and asked. "are you in any healhcare or medical line??". i started lauging and told him im a nurse. haha. his nurse started laughing too. and he keep on saying he feels stupid. and i apologised and he said he's stupid. hahaha. stupid for explaining to me things in layman's terms with the models all. hahaha. he's so funny. and before we leave, he told me that its impt for me to tell ppl that im a nurse. and he started telling his nurse that he feels stupid again. haha. i just said thank you, bye and leave. hehe. im sure he must be cursing me the moment i leave his room. haha. but he's quite cute. so its okay. haha

and so many things to do, to buy and places to go. but too little time. and i really wana go US or aust. hehe.

movie marathoned yest with kak su n zu. haha. watch uninvited and night at the museum. didnt watch angels and demons cos promised to watch with nathiya p. hehe.

companying my mom for her appt tmr. hopefully there's time to abandon her and meet my frens for breakfast. haha.
